The inaugural Control Systems Society (CSS) Young Professionals Virtual Control Conference (YPVCC) will be held in March 2023. This conference is designed for Young Professionals and will provide a new way for young researchers and practitioners to share scientific and technological advances as well as encourage their participation in the larger IEEE CSS community. Young Professionals (YP) are individuals who have graduated from their first professional degree within the past 15 years.
YPVCC will provide a venue for YP to better engage with the latest developments and best practices in control systems. To this end, this conference will be fully virtual, flexibly scheduled so it can be attended with minimal impact on a standard work week, and re-imagined to maximize value for YP early in their careers; the conference will include new methods for participants to share experiences and add value by providing the option for extended abstract submission, presentation-only options, and code contributions.
